Space & Development Company Limited (SpaDe) is a company based in Dar es Salaam, Incorporated under the (Tanzanian) Companies Act of 2002 with registration number 86158. SpaDe provides consultancy services on land use/master planning, Geo Information through application of remote sensing and GIS, natural resource management, social engagement and out-grower capacity building on those technical areas of its operations. The company also facilitates land acquisition for investments, land related investment conflict resolution as well as providing Out-grower development services and rural value chains enhancement services for smallholder farmers and allied actors.

Through our partnerships with some of Tanzania’s and International biggest institutions such as Dar es Salaam City Council, Ardhi University, University of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania Tourist Board, PAMS Foundation, RMI Services among others, SpaDe continues to benefit and reaching a significant portion of Tanzania.
